Three Core Post-Processing Techniques

1. High-Precision UV Laser Scale Marking

Medical-grade UV laser etching technology is used to create clear, permanent scales on the tube surface with a depth of 10-20μm. The markings are abrasion-resistant, chemical-resistant, and will never peel off, eliminating clinical risks associated with ink shedding from traditional screen printing. Scales are evenly distributed from 1cm to 10cm, with numerical markings every 1cm and short tick marks every 1mm, enabling accurate insertion depth judgment during surgery and improving procedural accuracy and safety.

2. Proximal Flared Hub Forming

The proximal end of the tube is processed into a standard flared hub structure using precision thermal forming technology. The flared edge is smooth without burrs or flash, with a uniform inner diameter transition. This design significantly reduces insertion resistance for guidewires, balloon catheters, and other interventional instruments, prevents instrument jamming or tube deformation, and facilitates quick connection to syringes, negative pressure devices, and other supporting equipment.

3. Distal 45° Bevel-Cut Tip

The distal end of the tube is cut into a 45° bevel using CNC precision cutting technology, and the tip is polished to a rounded, sharp-free finish. The beveled tip effectively minimizes tissue damage during puncture, reduces patient bleeding and infection risks, and improves sheath deliverability through blood vessels, body cavities, and soft tissues, allowing surgeons to quickly establish surgical access.
