Pebax medical perforated single tubes are single-lumen medical tubing made from medical-grade Pebax® (polyether block amide, PEBA) material through precision extrusion and perforation. They combine the strength of plastic with the elasticity of rubber and are widely used in medical scenarios such as minimally invasive intervention, drainage and irrigation, and drug delivery. They achieve functions such as liquid/gas exchange, drug release, or tissue anchoring through precise perforations in the tube wall.

Pebax® is a block copolymer of rigid polyamide (PA12) hard segments and flexible polyether soft segments. Medical grade (SA01MED) meets USP Class VI and ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards, and is free of plasticizers and allergens.
Mechanical Properties: Wide hardness range of 25D-74D, high elastic memory, anti-kink and anti-bending, precise torque transmission, small change in internal modulus, and low hysteresis.
Biosafety: Non-toxic, non-antigenic, non-carcinogenic/teratogenic, resistant to body fluid corrosion, and does not precipitate or adsorb.
Processing Compatibility: Can be extruded into extremely fine tubes (inner diameter from 0.1mm), supports laser/ultrasonic drilling, and can be added for barium sulfate imaging.
Sterilization Compatibility: Tolerates mainstream medical sterilization methods such as ethylene oxide and gamma rays.
