Medical TPU punched head printed plastic extrusion tube is a product that combines material science (TPU), basic molding (extrusion) and precision post-processing (punching, head sealing, printing). It is not a single standard part, but a type of functional medical catheter component that has been customized through multiple processes.

The extrusion process is the starting point for manufacturing TPU tubes. After the TPU particles are heated and
melted, they are continuously extruded through a die of a specific shape to form a pipe. This process determines the basic dimensions (inner diameter, outer diameter, wall thickness) and physical properties of the conduit. The extrusion process can produce a variety of basic shapes such as single-lumen tubes, multi-lumen tubes, variable-diameter tubes, and composite tubes with developing lines, providing high-quality tube blanks for subsequent processing.
